FERRETSA, S.A. DE C.V. guarantees to the buyer that the products sold under the name FERKY are free from manufacturing and material defects, under normal use and regular service and maintenance, for the lifetime of the building in which they were originally installed.

EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by improper or incorrect installations, improper or lack of maintenance, excessive wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accident, unauthorized service or use with unauthorized products or parts. It also does not cover product deterioration due to rust, saline attacks, extreme conditions, damages and losses resulting from maintenance, cleaning, use of solvents or other particularly aggressive substances, abuse, alteration, accident or natural disaster.

This warranty applies only to the functionality of the products and does not apply to the finish of the products.

FERRETSA will not be responsible for incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product.

No returns of products for repair or replacement at the factory will be accepted unless such return has been previously approved by FERKY through authorized distributors. To enforce this warranty, present your product with the original packaging, with your dated purchase receipt from the place where you acquired it.

FERRETSA, through the store where you purchased the product, agrees to replace it free of charge to the consumer, as long as the product is returned in poor condition following the procedure established in this warranty.

All defective parts of the product under this warranty will become the property of FERKY.
